Our trainers can come to you, meet you in a local park or meet you nearby the studio after your session to really get that lymph moving! We will create a bespoke program with the trainer of your choice to get you in great shape- strong, fit and healthy. Julian, a dear old friend of the CLR You team, has been a personal trainer in Los Angeles for the greater part of 20+ years, certified in 1994 through the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E., 1994) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M., 1997).
Born and raised on Oahu, a graduate of Punahou school, he moved to LA earning his bachelor degree from LMU. He started working for the Sports Club Company at their Howard Hughes Spectrum Club and moved to Crunch Fitness in WeHo at its inception. He moved from Crunch Fitness about 15 years ago and currently trains all over the LA Area- serving the Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Melrose, Hancock Park, Mid-Wilshire and Culver City.
He has over 20,000 hours of training people!...(oh my)

Sunderland born Brit ‘Big’ Jack is a tall but gentle giant. Hailing from the world of boxing he’s ranked #2 in his class in Britain and is undefeated in professional ranks.
Don’t let that put you off if you’re not a ‘boxer’!!! He’s been one of Czarina’s trainers for a few years and is able to combine boxing with other training or tailor a program to your specific needs.
We’re a great fan of a boxing workout because one 3 minute round really shows you the reality of fitness! With this sort of workout your mental acuity is sharpened, as well as the obvious resulting god/goddess bod which comes along with the training incorporated for strength, speed and resistance.
Jack gained his Sports Coaching and Development Diploma from East Durham College, his father was a well known trainer for Olympian boxers and he also worked for LA’s Box n’ Burn for a number of years.
One of the best out there, he’ll have you sweaty and smiling in no time.
