The slimming treatments use a scientific principle known as 'thermal shock'- we heat the skin to circa 40 degrees celsius then immediately drop to sub-zero temperatures initiating 'cryolipolysis'  causing apoptosis (death) of subcutaneous fat tissue- without damage to the skin. It is safe, painless and a non-surgical alternative to liposuction. Whilst similar to other "fat freezing" treatments, Cryoskin is cheaper, painless and requires zero down time. You can pop by in your lunch break!

With this treatment we use scientifically researched and optimised cool temperatures specific to the area we are treating- be it body, neck or face. Is a treatment that uses which helps diminish the appearance of cellulite, fine lines and wrinkles, lifting the skin and giving it a smooth and youthful glow.  Here we employ cold (but not subzero) temperatures to rejuvenate and smooth skin by accelerating biochemical reactions, stimulating your body's own production of collagen and elastin.

Is used for localized fat loss in a target treatment area- this uses static pad application instead of active wand massage and is especially suited to those who are more sensitive to cold temperatures.

Is an exciting addition to the 4.0. These treatments are specifically designed to address dense and fibrous areas of cellulite, targeting both fat cells and collagen/elastin production in the area using alternating heat and cold. 

Is a great option for clients dealing with sluggish lymphatic systems, swelling in the limbs, to accelerate results. The Static Drainage option uses alternating heat and cold to create a pumping effect on the lymphatic system, releasing toxins towards the lymphatic stations to help promote drainage. Static Drainage sessions are only available for use on the Arms or Legs.  We have found this to be a brilliant treatment for clients who are retaining water or feeling puffy (oftentimes for hormonal reasons) and this has proven to bring a great benefit whilst being very relaxing.
