Please arrive five minutes before your appointment start time. Arrivals 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment will be considered a 'no show'. We are by appointment only.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no show, the full cost of the appointment will be levied- or if part of a package the treatment(s) will be deducted.
Packages have a 6 month expiration. All sales are final.
In the case of consultations or single sessions, at the time of booking, credit card information will be stored. In the event of late cancellations or no shows for appointments, $50 will be levied from the cardholder.
